Avani+ Koh Lanta - opened January 2022
Avani+ Koh Lanta Resort debuts 92 spacious guest rooms, suites and private pool villas decked in Melayu motives and nestled in the pristine peninsula overlooking the Andaman Sea's breath-taking sunset scene. The resort draws inspiration from the heritage of Sriraya or the Lanta Old Town, incorporating the Thai roots as the base of the resort's concept. There are three categories of a pool view, pool access or sea view that has been wholly entirely redesigned with an Avani in-room pantry that provides holiday treats.

The new Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort is a 90-minute drive north of Phuket airport featuring 158 rooms, a long stretch of fine sand coastline and uninterrupted views of the Andaman Sea. The property’s room portfolio is 12 suites and villas as well as two restaurants a bar, an expansive pool with ocean views and a kid’s club.
Avani+ Khao Lak Resort - opening early 2022
Early 2022 Avani will open a newly built family resort on a long sandy beach in Khao Lak. The area is uncrowded and made up of a few towns and a 15 mile stretch of white sandy beach and is within reach of three national parks. The new 328 room resort – the brand’s largest resort in Thailand so far -has been designed with families in mind with four swimming pools, five dining venues and AvaniKids club and waterpark.

Melia Chiang Mai - opening April 2022
